Have proven experience as a Learning Specialist or Trainer.
Are familiar with e-Learning/LMS platforms and practices.
Have a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering training programs in a timely and effective manner.
Are proficient with Google Suite.
Hold a professional certification (e.g., Certified Professional of Learning and Performance or similar).
Maintain current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Here’s what you’ll do
Identifying and producing org-wide training and development needs, keeping in mind the organization’s and employee’s goals
Assess the established development plans and their success, and design materials to augment or improve them
Keeping abreast with latest and effective training techniques
Work closely with employees to understand their talents and engage them in learning opportunities to help them reach full potential
Identifying ways to grow and retain talent
Coordinating vendor training efforts
Track, analyze and present training data to guide training initiatives and support management decisions
Maintaining a record of the staff’s credential status and supporting managers in identifying staff certification needs
Advising leadership regarding the need and appropriate timing for hiring additional L&D staff.
Here’s how our interview process works
1. Technical Round
You will be assessed on technical ability for the role and the depth of subject knowledge in the chosen field.
2. Take Home Task
A task is assigned to test your competency and compatibility for the role in a practical manner.
3. Task Presentation
You will present the completed task upon which your perspective and technique will be evaluated.
4. Final Interview
Details about the position and terms of employment are discussed with an HR representative.

Flexible Work Timings
At CUBE84, we work five days a week from Monday to Friday. It’s usually up to you to set your own work timings. However, certain job roles will require you to be available at specific times.
