Now, onto the Role Description:

As a Learning Specialist, you will work closely with leadership, business managers and HR to evaluate training needs, design and implement training and monitor progress in conjunction with professional development plans/programs.

Some of the skills you are expected to have and be proficient in:

Excellence in English communication (both written and verbal) to build rapport with employees and vendors

Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

Channeling your passion towards inspiring enthusiasm, positivity and drive among people

Have proven experience as a Learning Specialist/Trainer

Icon

Are familiar with e-Learning/LMS platforms and practices

Icon

Have demonstrated success in delivering training programs in a timely and effective manner

Icon

Are proficient in Google Suite

Icon

Have a professional certification (e.g., Certified Professional of Learning and Performance or similar)

Icon

Have current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

Here’s what you’ll do

Icon

Identifying and producing org-wide training and development needs, keeping in mind the organization’s and employee’s goals

Icon

Assess the established development plans and their success, and design materials to augment or improve them

Icon

Keeping abreast with latest and effective training techniques

Icon

Work closely with employees to understand their talents and engage them in learning opportunities to help them reach full potential

Icon

Identifying ways to grow and retain talent

Icon

Coordinating vendor training efforts

Icon

Track, analyze and present training data to guide training initiatives and support management decisions

Icon

Maintaining a record of the staff’s credential status and supporting managers in identifying staff certification needs

Icon

Advising leadership regarding the need and appropriate timing for hiring additional L&D staff.

Flexible Work Timings

At CUBE84, we work five days a week from Monday to Friday. It’s usually up to you to set your own work timings. However, certain job roles will require you to be available at specific times.
