Job Summary

CUBE84 is hiring an Account Executive who will be responsible for nurturing leads, leading presentations, closing sales, and developing long-term relationships with customers and Salesforce Account Executives to foster a healthy pipeline. As a Sales Account Executive, you should seek to understand customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries promptly, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service-oriented. Ultimately, you should contribute to growing our business.

Job Description

  • Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Build and foster relationships with Salesforce Account Executives

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for communication and event tracking
  • Conduct Introductory calls for qualified leads
  • Coordinate and conduct Discovery calls, in cooperation with a Solution Architect as needed, to understand client needs and processes and identify opportunities
  • Prepare and present proposal slide decks
  • Prepare and present Statements of Work, with assistance from solution architects as needed
  • Prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), as needed
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with multiple customer points of contact
  • Maintain regular internal and external contact throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Proactively address concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner to nurture client health and support positive references
  • Proactively develop and nurture relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, to encourage opportunity referral
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account activity and targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Required Expertise

  • Must have demonstrated success (minimum 3+ years) as a direct contributor Account Executive carrying an individual quota
  • Must have experience with Salesforce and be proficient in concepts around Cloud capabilities (sales cloud, service cloud, community cloud, marketing cloud) and their features
  • Must have experience selling technology, CRM, and professional services
  • Must have established relationships with Salesforce representatives (Account Executives)
  • Must have excellent presentation skills and be comfortable using video conferencing tools
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
