Job description

The Salesforce Director will oversee one or more projects for our customers providing day-today leadership to analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions based on Salesforce and Force.com platforms

  • Manage the overall client relationship, have full command of the client business model, and demonstrate respect and responsiveness to client needs
  • Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project. Objective focused on building strong customer relationships
  • Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects. Drives implementations of highquality cloud solutions
  • Leverage a solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite in order to validate key design options and present proposal solution designs and implementations
  • Effectively run business user design and user experience sessions
  • Uses consulting skills, business knowledge and SFDC CRM experience to lead business / functional discussion with the client and internal teams (design, build, test teams)

  • Identify opportunities to upsell/ cross sell services to the customers to increase sales revenue
  • Actively participate & contribute in Pre-sales activity to win the deals
  • Closely work with Human resources to recruit, interview, select, hire and employ an appropriate number of resources
  • Empower employees to take responsibility of their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback
  • Lead employees to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
  • Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources, when necessary

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

  • Overall industry experience of around 10+ years with 6+ years in Salesforce wherein you are capable of proposing and authoring Salesforce Architecture, both Technical and Functional
  • You should have good experience in building and implementing Salesforce for client sales/support/marketing function
  • Good to have experience sales clouds, service clouds, community clouds, marketing clouds, Pardot
  • Assess and determine optimal solution to align business processes
