Roles and Responsibilities

Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
Must have experience with 3rd party tools such as Zapier, Mailchimp, etc,
Good to have any salesforce certification.
Hands-on Experience in automation such as Workflow, Process builder, and Flows(In-depth knowledge is Mandatory)
Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and solutions as applicable Collaborate with and mentor members of the team and other coworkers
Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Good to have)
Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
Thinking out of the box is required.
Good to have coding skills but not mandatory
Must have experience in handling multiple projects and deliver them on time.
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
Strong Experience in working with Data management tools
Strong documentation, prioritization, and training skills.
