How We Do It?
The following are the steps in our process
STEP 1. Discovery Session
We will facilitate requirements gathering sessions to learn about your business and its unique processes. We’ll uncover and document what information you’d like to capture and track in Salesforce, and finalize the key performance metrics that you will need to report on.
STEP 2. Configuration
Once we’ve understood your business, we will configure Salesforce accordingly. The Salesforce QuickStart package will include configuring the following components.
- Users, Roles & Profiles
- Account & Contact Management
- Activities (Tasks, Events & Email)
- Salesforce Org & User Interface
- Opportunity Management
- Automation Rules (Max Of 5)
- Lead Capture & Management
- Product & Services Setup
STEP 3. Reports & Dashboards
Once the configuration is complete, we will create up to 10 reports and 1 dashboard that will help you track your performance, key metrics (KPIs), and operational trends to enable better decision making.
STEP 4. Create Training Scripts
We will create training documentation focused on your business processes using screenshots from your configured Salesforce instance. The documentation can be kept as a reference and be used to train new employees.
STEP 5. Deliver End User Training
We will provide user training on the configured Salesforce instance to drive adoption and guide your team to success. A video recording of the conducted training session will be shared for future use. Participants will have hands-on exercises to reinforce business processes and drive adoption.
