  • FaithDirect was unable to segment their existing contacts. Resulting in an inability to send targeted and relevant messages to the customers.
  • There was no way to filter out contacts based on roles: they were not capable of pulling out an intelligently filtered list due to previous implementation.
  • An outbound marketing strategy did not exist in the firm. The only ways for FaithDirect to contact leads are via cold-calls and postal mails which failed to gain any traction.
  • FaithDirect did not have any contact history recorded. There was no way to find out when/what the last communication took place. They could only keep track of which sales rep had contacted them, but not about who was contacted or what was spoken.

  • CUBE84 re-classified each individual with its corresponding organization and newly created categories. We tagged a role for every user in their revamped Salesforce instance.
  • CUBE84 introduced a new way for FaithDirect to segment contacts.
  • We created a classification mechanism to enable better customer profiling and to create targeted campaigns.
  • CUBE84 re-migrated FaithDirect existing data (Accounts, Contacts, Activities) into the new data structure. This enabled marketing automation tools to segment their contact database.
