What Is the Difference Between Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Engagement?

Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, formerly known as Pardot, is built for B2B marketing — it lives natively inside Salesforce CRM and is designed for lead nurturing, scoring, and campaign attribution across longer sales cycles. Marketing Cloud Engagement is the enterprise email and SMS platform built for high-volume, B2C-style communication. Most organizations in education, nonprofits, and B2B start with Account Engagement. We help you choose the right product — or both — based on your actual use cases and contact volumes.

We Already Have Pardot but It Is Not Working Well — Can You Still Help?

Yes — and this is one of the most common situations we step into. Pardot is easy to partially set up and difficult to get fully right.
