Loop is a student engagement app built entirely on Salesforce. The student mobile app and the advisor experience inside Salesforce share the same data, each shaped for how that user works.

Loop's primary signals come from co-curricular life: event attendance, organization participation, app login patterns, peer connections, and faculty concern flags. We also pull academic signals like session attendance from your LMS and SIS, so advisors see the full picture in one place. Disengagement looks specific and human. For example, "This student was attending three events a week in September, hasn't opened the app in eleven days, and stopped showing up to the org they used to be active in." That's something an advisor can act on, in a way a GPA number alone never is.
Loop's belonging index works from day one using research-backed patterns, and gets sharper as your campus data accumulates. We're honest about that arc. The patterns are real on day one, but they become more campus-specific with time.
Loop is built on the Salesforce platform and integrates with your existing Education Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud instances. We optimize what's already there rather than asking you to rebuild. If your institution is mid-migration or considering a Salesforce expansion, we help sequence the work so Loop doesn't add to the chaos. Loop integrates with your SIS (Banner, Colleague, Workday Student, PeopleSoft) and LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L Brightspace).
A focused Loop implementation typically runs 3 to 6 months, depending on integration scope and your institution's data readiness. That includes Loop deployment, advisor portal configuration, integration with your SIS and LMS, and the data model setup. Larger programs that span multiple institutions or add custom workflows run longer.
