Every historical gift was converted into structured Opportunities with clear Gift Designations. Each record now reflects the cause or program supported.

This allows SMASH to:

  • Target donors who consistently fund a specific initiative
  • Re-engage supporters aligned with past scholarship contributions
  • Build segmented campaigns tied to program interests

We implemented custom hard and soft credit bifurcation logic, delivering complete visibility into both direct and influenced giving. Board relationships and peer influence now inform major gift strategy.

Using DonorSearch metrics, we integrated capacity-based segmentation directly into the moves management framework. Donors are prioritized based on:
