Downtown Santa Monica, Inc. is a non-profit organization that works with the City of Santa Monica to manage services and operations in Downtown Santa Monica while promoting economic stability, growth and community life within it’s neighborhood. As one of the leading BIDs in the country, Downtown Santa Monica generated more than $1 billion in sales tax revenue for the city.
DSM’s Salesforce CRM now supports the day-to-day operations of all departments. Salesforce is the “source of truth” for information across all departments with up-to-date data on properties, ownership, tenant businesses, prospective tenants, contacts, etc.
Cube84 provided customized end user training that led to a significant increase in user adoption of Salesforce by the DSM team.
DSM today has a 360 degree view of all BID properties and stakeholders, which will lead to more Opportunities in economic development (renewals, recruiting new retail, etc.)
