Here’s what you’ll do
You are a wizard at employee engagement
You take the insights offered by the leadership team and other key stakeholders and turn them into activities and events that make the employees connect better with the company.
You act as a liaison
You work closely with the key stakeholder departments and teams, ensuring the performance management cycle, goals and objectives calendar etc. are all created and executed inside the specified timeframe, within the predefined guidelines.
You are a vision architect
You craft, implement, and manage HR strategies pertaining to our culture and take care of our employees
You are a detail oriented multi-tasker
You are able to define and execute a comprehensive employee experience framework. You review HR practices and company policies, and revert with suggestions for improvement.
You are a planning maestro
You are responsible for the R&R planning, managing and hosting, from the calendar, events and announcements, to coordinating with the team managers for nominations and appreciation notes, etc.
Here’s how our interview process works
1. Technical Round
You will be assessed on technical ability for the role and the depth of subject knowledge in the chosen field.
2. Take Home Task
A task is assigned to test your competency and compatibility for the role in a practical manner.
3. Task Presentation
You will present the completed task upon which your perspective and technique will be evaluated.
4. Final Interview
Details about the position and terms of employment are discussed with an HR representative.

Flexible Work Timings
At CUBE84, we work five days a week from Monday to Friday. It’s usually up to you to set your own work timings. However, certain job roles will require you to be available at specific times.
