Being a global organization, NSF wanted the ability to record and track sales in local currencies. They also wanted better visibility into the activities and performance of Sales teams. NSF wanted to send targeted messages to its prospects and customers across the globe.

CHALLENGES

  • NSF’s legacy systems lacked the ability to support selling in multiple currencies. The Sales teams were manually converting opportunities from the local currency to the corporate currency, which proved inefficient.
  • They were unable to send targeted marketing emails to their customers and prospects because of their diverse service offerings and uncategorized customer data.
  • Being a global organization that acquires lot of companies, there were duplicate data issues and overall global data management.

HOW WE HELPED

Designed and built a case management system in DowntownDC’s existing Salesforce platform

Cube84 custom-coded complex validation rules and workflows to ensure clean data and improve overall sales team efficiency.

Cube84 created custom objects to segment the customers based on their service choices and integrated that with Pardot to enable marketing team to send targeted messages.

Set up an opt-in process for all the existing and new prospects of NSF in Pardot.Created a custom email preference page using Salesforce sites to display more than 90 lists in a single screen.

OUTCOME

The multi-currency roll-out eliminated the manual efforts of NSF’s sales reps in converting the deal amount from local to corporate currency.

After streamlining their overall process in Salesforce and Pardot, NSF was able to see increased data quality which resulted in more accurate reporting.

Marketing team was able to track opt-ins and segment their customer base for specific and targeted communications.

The timely delivery of the project provided NSF with improved visibility of sales and pipeline metrics to the management.
